Alison Cowzer is co-founder of East Coast Bakehouse - a new large scale biscuit  manufacturing business based in Drogheda Co Louth,  targeting  Irish, UK and global markets. 
As an investor and Dragon, on RTE’s Dragon’s Den series, she has made investments in a number of start-up enterprises. A co-founder of The Company of Food, Alison works with small group of High Growth Potential Irish Food SME's to develop and grow successful enterprises. 
She is also a Board member of a number of NGO's including GOAL, The Ronald Mc Donald House Charity and Women for Election


Dr. Norah Patten is a faculty member at the International Space University and became Ireland’s first scientist-astronaut candidate with Project PoSSUM (Polar Suborbital Science in the Upper Mesosphere) in 2017. Norah is an experienced communicator and is the founder of Planet Zebunar which develops products to inspire the next generation of engineers, astronauts, scientists and innovators. 
In 2016, Norah participated in the New Frontiers Entrepreneur Development Program in ITT Tallaght, funded by Enterprise Ireland and was awarded Local Enterprise Funding in 2017. She was a recipient of the Emerging Space Leaders Grant and a Next Generation Plenary panellist at the International Astronautical Congress in 2015. Through a partnership with NanoRacks, Norah initiated and managed ‘The Only Way is Up’ project which launched Ireland’s first student experiment to the International Space Station in 2014. She participated in the International Space University Space Studies Program in 2010, has industrial experience from The Boeing Company and Bell Labs Alcatel Lucent and was the Space Generation Advisory Council National Contact Point in Ireland for 4 years. Norah holds a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering and a 1.1. bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick. Norah has worked as a lecturer at the University of Limerick and spent three years at the Irish Centre for Composites as the Communications and Outreach Manager. 
Vicki O’Toole is Managing Director of JJ O’Toole Ltd., Ireland’s leading purveyor or packaging and design . Founded in 1914 in Limerick, the company is the preferred packaging partner to thousands of clientele including blue chip retailers such as Brown Thomas, Selfridges & Co, Newbridge Silverware, Dunnes Stores, Blarney Woollen Mills, Lloyds Pharmacy Group, Kilkenny Group and many more.  
Vicki was born and raised in Limerick. She was very involved in equestrian events throughout her childhood years and continued to excel in sport when she attended boarding school in Co Wicklow. On finishing school, Vicki was unsure what she wanted to do but took her place in Law in UCC, only to later decide that this was not for her. She travelled to Paris to au pair and later returned to work briefly in the family business.  
Vicki met Fergus O’Toole, grandson of JJ O’Toole, in November 1984 and by the following year they were married. They had 5 children and Vicki spent many years as a stay at home mum. She followed her love for sport by taking up golf during her spare time and before long was playing to a handicap of 12 and representing her Golf Club in team competitions.  
Fergus was appointed MD when his own father retired from the business. In 2002, with the introduction of the bag tax, the company was facing crisis and Vicki chose to join her husband in the company and assist him with its redevelopment.

certain and Vicki briefly considered selling up. After some time, Vicki threw herself right back into her role and focused on securing new accounts and raising the profile of the company.  
In 2011, Vicki was awarded the Image Magazine Business Woman of the Year Award in recognition of her hard work and dedication to JJ O’Toole Ltd. In 2014 JJ O’Toole Ltd. celebrated 100 years in business, a milestone Vicki is truly proud of. She won the best Women Led Ulster Bank award in the Munster region in 2015. The Company was a finalist in the 2015 Limerick Chamber Awards in the Service Category and came out on top in the 2016 SFA Awards ceremony in Dublin recently by winning the Best Service Company. 
As she continues to grow the business and be mum to five kids, Vicki has little free time but when she does, she enjoys gardening and walking.

Aine Mulloy

Lorraine graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Limerick back in the late 90’s having pretty much decided on becoming an engineer at the age of 14. During her career Lorraine has worked and travelled in the role of manufacturing principal technical positions in US and European Manufacturing Multinationals in Abbott, Medtronic , Hewlett Packard, Vistakon, and Boston Scientific’s European Distribution centre in Holland. Lorraine lived for a half year in New York following 9/11 working in the world renowned Nathan S.Kline for Psychiatric research focused on Schizophrenia ECG and MRI Brain mapping techniques.

As a co-founder of Horizon from a start-up situation in 2010 her technical skills have been utilised to consult with multiple pharmaceutical, moulding and medical device clients in Ireland and UK utilising my high standard of individual Engineering Chartership was attained in 20111 and is currently participating in Enterprise Ireland’s Innovation for Growth program with IMD Business School to drive and lead the creation of a new professional service offering, named SeriCode, focused on full engineering solution for drug anti-counterfeiting and managing a current team of 8 engineers as part of the Horizon Projects offerings.

In February 2017 Lorraine and her husband Aidan acquired Cosmetic Creations in Claremorris, Co Mayo. With over 30 years’ experience the facility has the expertise to manufacture a wide range of cosmetics, toiletries and fragrances, specialising in natural and organic products and formulations including organic seaweed and peat ranges. They provide an extensive product development and formulation service. They have considerable experience in developing and formulating new products for their customers together with ongoing improvements and changes throughout their product ranges.
Their customers very from local and national operators to multinational companies, whom they assist in exporting to more than 14 countries worldwide.
